Some Firsts...

So this is a month late, but I did'nt want to forget this, but Chase did start walking last month at 15 months. He is loving life now and busier than ever.
Landon also lost his first tooth. He was so excited, he did the happy dance for 2 days straight. Now he has 3 more that are loose. Hope the toothfairy's been saving!

Happy 4th Birthday Ella

Well it's actually been 4 years since we brought this pink bundle of joy home with us and life hasn't been the same since.......

Get the picture!

She's always had such a sweet innocent face

but just a little bit of a rebel on the inside.

But that spunky personality is what makes her Ella and I am so thankful for her. Our family just wouldn't be the same without her. I love you sooo much you cutie petuty.

Happy Birthday you crazy little girl!

Holy 4th of July!!!

The Cabin
So every year on the 4th of July, my whole family goes to Pinedale, Az. for some fun and a little R and R, but it seems there is never any time for that! My brothers, sisters in laws, and kids all stay at my brothers cabin. It is such fun times!
Here are all the cousins at Mark and Jaymi's cabin riding there quads, they had a blast. They just kept giggling and laughing while riding, it was so funny to watch.

Chase's first ride. He wasn't to happy about it.

Landon got to ride by himself for a while, as we were trying to teach him to steer. He was very proud of himself.

Kaytlyn rode Ella around for a long time and she absolutely loved it.

Our Barbecue at Pinedale
This is about half my cousins, our kids and my Grandma Jarman in the middle. Her grandfather established Pinedale in 1879. This house was bulit in the 1930's by my great grandfather Niels Andrew Petersen. Every year since before I was born the entire family comes up for the 4th of July festivities.

Chase playing around, he loved that he could crawl forever and not get into trouble. We loved it too.

The Fireworks
The Firwork Show is my favorite thing. We spread out about 6 big blankets on the Football field, order 10 pizzas and listen to the live band, play volleyball, frisbee, catch and did a little wrestling too before the show starts.

Brent and Wayne participated in the Watermelon eating contest and.....both lost to a girl. Sorry Guys.

All the kids making a pyramid

Then we sit back and watch the show. This is the only R and R we got on the trip. But it is always the Best ever!
