We adopted some pretty cool turtles recently, these are Max and Julia (named by Landon and Ella.)They are Red eared sliders and are really cute. The kids have been wanting a pet for a really long time and we got the opportunity to take on these turtles. Woo Hoo! The kids take turns feeding them and watch them a lot, Wayne too, it's kinda cute.

So cute! nice names too. Matt also wanted to get a turtle recently. I keep putting off getting a pet. I'll stick with getting goldfish that don't live long.
Okay...Max and Julia are precious. Good choice for your first pets. Anything that can be contained is a plus. But besides that, they are really darling. The visual of Wayne watching them is also very sweet....Love you all so much, Mom
